This pillow arrived in a tightly plastic wrapped, square-ish package. I honestly did not think it was the bolster pillow...but it was! I removed it from the packaging and attempted to fluff it, without much success. I let it sit overnight and it did improve, but it is not yet in a cylinder shape. I am not holding out much hope, but I may toss it in the dryer for more fluffing. Meanwhile, the pillow color is exactly what I wanted, which is great. I am using it inside for my lounge area. It is a Sunbrella fabric, too, so I know it will be durable. The cover is zippered, so it can be removed to be washed, if necessary. I purchased the black Luella geometric Circle lumbar pillow: I love geometrics and this design really grabbed my attention. The pillow is nice and thick and will be great in my black and white Christmas theme. Two things were a disappointment: The corners of the pillow are not fully stuffed, and the pillow is stitched closed. Some of the stuffing got caught into the stitching so it looks like the pillow is growing billowy hair. I'm hoping I can manipulate the stuffing into the corners for a look that's more like the online picture.
