This loveseat is actually one part of a sectional but is supposed to be able to function independently. I don’t feel it is quite stable enough for that purpose. However the actual issue I have with this is the armrest portion that attaches to the body of the loveseat doesn’t have any holes predrilled to assemble it so it is only loosely sitting in place. The cushions are very thick and supportive and I like the wood is is constructed from. Build and quality seem good so far however the metal frame is a dark grey and not black. I did not read the description closely enough and missed the color info. Due to the contrast of the pictures provided it looks more black. Those looking for black should be aware. When assembling, I suggest bolting the middle bolt near the pivot point after installing the top bolt to get more leverage to align the front bolt to hole in the leg.
