First, the ottoman arrived on time - always a good start! Unboxing and assembly was incredibly simple. I always prefer purchasing furniture/accessories that are already assembled (despite my brief construction work). However, this was incredibly simple. There was a notch in the base that stuck out and prevented me from perfectly connecting one leg. I simply grabbed some sand paper and wore it down so it was flush and connected the leg - easy fix. The color of the cushion is even better in person! It matches the rug on my balcony and nearly matches the furniture in my living room, so this piece will be wonderful moving around my spaces in between seasons! I tried it out for the first time yesterday on my balcony and it is wonderful! Looks wonderful and is the perfect height for me to prop my legs up on. It is a great dimension, too, so that I’ll be able to put out a tray table in it for snacks or drinks when I have guests over. I sat directly in the cushion as well and everything felt incredibly stable and comfortable! What’s even better is that there are adjustable leg risers on the bottom, so you can adjust one leg or all as necessary to keep the ottoman level on your surface. The ottoman is great. Easy to snap the 2 legs on. We purchased it thinking it would match the loveseat but it does not. We have taupe fabric and taupe frame. The ottoman is darker in color even after they sent us 2. I gave it 4 stars due to it is advertised as sunbrella but it’s actually sunfield for the material. Overall, it’s study and we will keep it.
