Packaged very well and everything looks lovely but was not easy to assemble. Chairs screws didn't all line up but was able to muscle them in after carving a little bit of the plastic out of the way. Table was very difficult to assemble and one of the leafs was manufactured poorly (section was bent) and would not fit into any of the other leafs. I had to use vice grips to make the knob connectors attach to the next leafs. Instructions were poor, no mention of how to attach or lock the knobs but we eventually figured it all out. I'll give it a wash and/or wipedown once or twice a year and it has continued to hold up really well, despite constant exposure and the decently-harsh winters of Denver. After almost one year, this table is holding up well. The first table delivered was damaged and after sending photos, AllModern helped with replacement impressively fast. The table that I received was not exactly the same as that in the image of the product page -- the table I received has much more rounded corners with curved overall shape than the more rectangle shape. Having said that, it is holding up well in the Pacific NW rain -- I keep it covered. The edges can dent easily if you bang it with chairs when pushing the chairs in.
