The planter itself is okay, but it come as a silver steel finish with a protective coating on it. If you are expecting it to look like the photo, on the website you will be very disappointed. That will take time and or effort to make happen. This is not noted on the website. If you return back because it’s not what they advertise, you get to pay for shipping.

Great price, perfect size, and it ships silver. It changes over time to that copper color. Mine started changing the first week. We love them. Only negative is the hole needed to be larger at bottom to drain.

I love this bowl. The one difficulty is that when it drains it leaves a rusty stream going down my table. I have a saucer underneath, but It doesn't catch all of the rusty water. I am hoping a deeper saucer will alleviate this problem as it really is a beautiful planter and I use it outdoors year round.

Destined to be planted with seasonal materials. The 32" size makes a statement! Arrived with the "silver"/"steel" finish -- looking forward to it developing the promised patina, but love it in its current state as well. It's the shape and size of planter that's dynamite and the main selling point for me.
This planter bowl is a contemporary and versatile design that's the right addition along a walkway or perched outside your main entrance. I got both yhe 24 and the 32 in bowls. They seem sturdy and attractive. There are rubber plugs for the bottom if you want to keep them from draining. I have all 4 outside now, where I plan to keep them year round. I'm in zone 7b. I hope they hold up. Having them in hand, I think they will. They fit my Asian-fusion, multilevel, stone, succulent and evergreen motif. Lots of options for rock garden flashpoints of displays of color.
