We have ordered this item twice, and both times it has arrived scratched and damaged. - manufacturer stops replying to your messages after a while too so all in all it will take over 6 weeks to get a refund/exchange.

I like that it doesn't look too "plastic" and it's great for storage or as a cooler. Hard to empty the water as it melts from ice. There is a drain at the bottom, but it's hard to find and just drains anywhere. I used a bucket in order to save the water for plants in other parts of the yard. But I do like it. Update 2025: I have sent the link to 2 friends, they love it. l still think it's great, but the top is getting a bit faded, even though it's in the shade most of the day. The sides still look great. I'm buying a second.
