72'' Outdoor Eucalyptus Chaise Lounge

First of all, we bought two chairs (similar to this) a few years ago. Last year one of them broke when someone sat on it, which was disappointing because it was such an expensive chair. We were also disappointed there was no warranty for the price. Anyway, this spring I ordered this chair to replace the broken one. I ordered black so the two chairs could match as close as possible. We waited weeks for the chair, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong color. So we sent it back and asked for the color we ordered. We waited for weeks again. The chair finally arrived and it was the wrong color again. So we sent it back again. Now we are waiting for weeks again. I hope when it comes, it will be the right color. But it is also a drag that we ordered this in plenty of time to have it by our pool this summer and whenever we get it , the summer will be half over. I wouldn’t complain so much if the item wasn’t so pricey. I feel like- for this price, we should be able to expect a higher level of service. Maybe you should be offering me some cash back for the hassle and missed time with the chair. Thank you, -Alyson Steg
