look cheap. Cheaply made. The only good thing I can say is that Heather in customer service was very nice and understood that the couch did not go together as it should . The couch comes in 3 pieces. the left and right side are the same so when you put it together, the slats on the seat of one side go vertical. Looks stupid and also it moves back and forth as the clamps don't hold. Also the color is not the same for all pieces. All adding to the general cheapness of the look.
