These pots are heavy and would look great if they did not get cracked during shipment. My husband and I have spent over one hour trying to get "accepted" pictures downloaded to the All Modern return form. This is difficult for a seventy year old (somewhat computer literate} person. I am so bewildered and disgusted I most likely will not order from all Modern again due to the difficulty I am experiencing tying to get the information to the company so they take the action necessary to amend this problem.
