Haven 89.5'' Wide Teak Patio Sofa with Sunbrella® Cushions

The couch itself is beautiful and comfortable. I loved the design and the mid-century modern look. It was also easy to put together, with few parts. There was a major problem, however: I was sent incorrect pieces, from what I assume was a different piece of furniture from the Haven line. The pieces in the top bar of the backrest did not connect to the rest of the couch; also, one of the cushions was too small, clearly mismatched. When I tried to explain this to the customer service representative, I was told that the pieces were indeed correct. I even uploaded pictures, which one supervisor finally agreed were the wrong ones, but they couldn't get new pieces sent. In the end, I spent hours on the phone over the course of five days, wrote numerous emails and was given conflicting information. At last, All Modern refunded my money and scheduled a pick-up for the couch but this whole experience took up an enormous amount of time and energy and was deeply frustrating. This one-star review is only for the experience of dealing with this couch. The furniture itself, in its correct and completed form, would have been beautiful.

Comfortable. Construction of teak wood and sunbrella cushions make the couch sturdy and attractive.

The product seems great. I was really happy that at 6 feet tall I could fully stretch out on the sofa. 4 stars (1) because the instructions could be clearer, particularly about where to align the bracket pilot holes for driving the wood screws, and (2) because the screws were cheap and couldn't withstand the torque needed to drive them, necessitating a trip to the hardware store for hardened steel screws.

Looks very nice. Excellent feel to the canvas upholstery. Was fairly easy to assemble by myself in about an hour. Comfortable to sit in. Now it’s time to find the perfect throw pillows!

Writing this 3 days after assembling The Sofa and The Ottoman. It's been so nice to have an outdoor living room that looks so good and is worth every penny. The wood quality is top notch, and the cushions look and feel high end. With all this California rain we have just had, I couldn't be happier with how well the matching covers work. Nothing beats having a cup of coffee outside in the corner of this sofa with the feet up. Now I see a spot for something else from Neighbor, I wonder what it'll be?
