Anautica 60" Eucalyptus Patio Dining Set

Update: unsurprisingly, the seat on this bench immediately collapsed the first time two people tried to sit on it. This thing is dangerous and shoud not be sold. Awful build quality. The seat of the bench is not connected to the rest of the bench, just rests on top. The slats are not straight so it gaps up on one side. When you sit down the seat kind of rocks up on one side or the other. Feels unstable and I am concerned about longterm durability. Assembly was pretty simple but instructions weren't very clear. The accessories included a little squishy pouch of what I later guessed was glue for the wood pegs but since the instruction one-sheet didn't identify it I had no idea how to use it during assembly. I do like the tone of the wood and the classic shape. I would definitely not pay $200 for this again.

This wooden bench is just what I was looking for for my outdoor patio. It was easy to put together and the wood is beautiful. I would highly recommend and am considering buying another one. Once again it's a win from all modern!

I ordered three chairs, and unfortunately one arrived with a crushed seat. While damage can happen during shipping, what really disappointed me was the customer service experience. I contacted the company expecting a straightforward replacement or return. Instead, I was routed to an AI customer service agent that was completely inflexible and ultimately directed me to deal with the manufacturer. That was surprising and frustrating. When a product arrives damaged, I expect the retailer to help make it right—not pass the responsibility elsewhere. To keep my project on schedule, I ended up ordering a fourth chair at my own expense rather than waiting for the issue to be resolved. That shouldn't have been necessary. The chairs themselves are nice, but the lack of responsive customer service left a much bigger impression than the product. A company is judged not only by what it sells, but by how it handles problems when they arise. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of what I expected.
