Had my eye on the chair and ottoman set. It's modern and clean...matches my patio and other furniture. Arrived in boxes- no assembly! Super comfortable too.

Bought 4. Absolutely love them!

3 of the four chairs were great. One was badly deformed and our ability to get with customer service was met by a bot who didnt quite seem to understand that the deformity was at the factory level and we were not able to disassemble the chair. It also wanted us to repackage and ship the deformed chair back which further made the process more frustrating.

Not good, super uncomfortable and for the price not durable at all
