I would give zero stars. This was a horrible experience. When we unloaded the box we could not separate the two chair pieces that were nested together. The wicker on one of the chairs was broken. Although we were offered a $75 dollar credit, they were unusable since we couldn't assemble them because they were stuck together. So we couldn't have the chairs we ordered and to add insult to injury we had to pay $46 to return the box. I won't order from this company again.
