Well the customer service people were nice but I got send the wrong umbrella twice and gave up! Wrong brand, wrong color but I was given a 20% discount for the Hassel. Not sure I would order anything again this being my 1st experience with Wayfair

Great, well made umbrella. The base is big so plan accordingly. I love it except for the fabric color - didn't have an option for grey or something that doesn't show dirt.
