Ruta Paris 46'' Outdoor Bench

Low quality material for the price, but nice color. Bends in the center when you sit on it. Arrived in a badly torn box with no padding to protect the product.

I wanted to love this well designed bench, but... It arrived with both arms broken at the base which makes me wonder if it was a return. The bench will only work on a hard surface. On soil, it sinks into the ground and puts stress on the base of the arms. In fact, that's the major stress point of this design. I wasn't offered a return, which would have been difficulty anyway, given the unwieldy size of the package. I was offered repair or 25% off. I took the latter and had it repaired, but it now sits on my patio, which is not the place I needed it. Sorry I didn't spend a lot more and buy a more solid piece of furniture. Color and look of the design are great. Engineering, not great.

It was broken and returned. A replacement came, it was broken and I'm waiting for it to get picked up. I have not been refunded on anything Returns are like a scam that Wayfair makes really difficult to access or understand.

NIce addition to our garden. Looks good and is comfortable.
