I ordered 2 sets. The first set arrived packaged secured by Styrofoam. They are great and I was impressed. The second set arrived a few days later, these were not packaged and secured in Styrofoam. The corner of one of the chair seat back had snapped off. (See photo) I like the chairs and did not necessarily want to return them. A replacement of one of them would of been nice. I was offered $40 off my next order. Not satisfied with customer service.
