Don’t put too much stock in the delivery dates that are listed on the website because my Raven sectional couch arrived almost a month late. And it’s still sitting in a box on my deck because no hardware nor instructions were included in the box. Also, the cushions do not have the same horizontal line pattern that is pictured on the website. Customer service seems to be pretty responsive to the problem so we’ll see how quickly things get corrected.

Absolutely love it. Was easy to put together, very sturdy structure, heavy enough yet lightweight. Looks great! Whole process was a breeze from ordering right through until delivery.

Quality is quite good. Assembly was easy, and it looks great. A lot of packaging but nothing was damaged so it seems worth it. There's adjustments on the legs for non-level surfaces which helps on decks.
