Loving this outdoor love seat! I actually assembled it myself in about 20 minutes! Great quality, user friendly instructions and it even has height adjusters at the bottom of the legs. Highly recommend!

Love the outdoor sofa. Exactly as pictured and described. Good value. Real teak. Sturdy, but not too heavy. Nice medium gray. Deduct 1 star for lack of notice and slower than advertised shipping. Was indicated as a “next day” item but didn’t ship until two days after order; it got here quickly and was overall just a few day’s difference but beware if you are ordering on a critical timeline. All Modern did not notify me about any delay and when I asked they replied that things take time so I’m guessing this happens frequently with them.
