These benches are awesome. I was sure they would arrive damaged, but shipping and handling was flawless. The Wayfair delivery team was on time and delivered great service. I could not be happier.

It would have been a cute little bench I had planned to place out front as part of my brand new modern landscaping project currently underway, but it arrived all cracked and chipped in several places, front back and side. I had understood this was a concrete bench, but where the gray surface is all chipped, it's white underneath, making me think it's porcelain and not concrete. I have requested a return and have yet to hear back from Mayfair about how to proceed. I just want it gone at this point since there's no way to salvage it. This was my first time shopping with Wayfair and I'm afraid it's been a huge disappointment. A nearly $400 purchase shouldn't have been delivered in such sad shape!

This is just perfect! Arrived in excellent condition, fits the space we had it earmarked for. Solid sturdy construction.

Just as advertised, this bench is sturdy. It’s packaged really well so there was no damage upon delivery.

Made very well, looks great in backyard in rock garden.
