Oh girl, you do not want this. This thing has got to be made for indoors where there is not any wind. But now that I think of it, a breeze from someone walking by it might also turn it into a sail. One swing motion doesn’t even lock so the wind flops it over even with a 65# base. Don’t do it. This is not the umbrella you are looking for.
