The have kind of a pink undertone to them and I though it was all metal but the arms and legs are plastic

Inaccurate description on website (the 4 chairs were mostly plastic not aluminum) and also appeared quite used. I spent 40 min of a busy workday trying to get the chat bot to help me process a return and they would only offer a replacement instead of the free return I was requesting. They then lied to my credit card company by claiming I abandoned the chat too early and they would have resolved it satisfactorily if I had stayed on. My only remedy now is to learn my lesson and quit ordering large items from AllModern.

Love this Chaise Lounge. Perfect around my pool area. The delivery was fast and they even called me 30 min before they arrived which I appreciated. Delivery people are respectful and professional.
