Farrah Snow 2 Person Seating Set

It came broke. The legs aren't secured in the packaging so they can move around. Somehow the under side of the table cracked. It had like 3 pieces of plastic floating around. I will say I wrote to allmodern and they are sending a replacement. Hopefully this one is good!

The packaging is definitely an issue. We received the first table and the box was fine and the table was cracked and broken on one corner. They replaced it immediately but still required us the take the time to ship back the damaged eventhough the cures showed it was not usable a table. They sent a replacement table which arrive broken as well. The corner had a big piece broken off. (Picture included) We decided just to glue it back together ourselves because it had already taken too long to get a usable table and it is not very noticeable but still very disappointing. All they need to do is reenforce the corners of the box and none of this would have happened. We can’t recommend this product because it most likely it will arrive damaged.

I ordered the yellow one to match our front door and while the color is a good match, the yellow plastic does make it look like a giant lego piece. Other colors may not be so bad. My main issue was with the underside of the frame being damaged on arrival. I contacted customer service and they were more than willing to send me a replacement but I did not want to waste on shipping or toss a huge piece of plastic in the landfill so I opted to keep it and repair instead. I used epoxy to glue everything back and while it doesn't look great, no one will see the repair and the structural integrity is not affected. Customer service applied some credit towards the damaged table. To summarize, table not so great, customer service was excellent.

If you need a little table to put between a couple of chairs, this is perfect. Given the small size (I bought the largest), I wouldn't think it is suitable to put around more than two chairs. Sturdy, easy to assemble, good looking, and inexpensive. I am very happy with the purchase!

They are perfect, substantial and comfortable. What a good value!
