This was my first order. The chairs seem fine so far. Getting them out of the box, however, was very difficult! I understand that precautions are taken to prevent damage during shipping, but as an older woman who does not have the strength for huge staples and parts of chairs jammed against the cardboard box that was almost taller than me, it took frequent breaks over two days to finally decide to take a box cutter and cut down two sides of the box to get them out. Lesson learned!

I ordered the table for its flexibility and that it looks solid and well, ship-shape. I was very pleased that the delivery team agreed to assemble the table. They put all the leaves in (except the narrow leaf that has the hole for the umbrella, which I will not be using indoors). It is possible to remove a leaf to square up the table as described on the website, but it took more effort than this elderly customer could muster. A visiting friend pulled out the extra leaf and squared it up for me. I know that some purchasers were surprised to discover that this might require a little effot, but the table is designed to be used as a square or rectangle and it can be.
