As soon as I picked up the package I could tell the contents were broken. I was able to submit a request for a replacement. Could also tell they were broken even before opening the package. This time there was a layer of bubble wrap between the interior box and outer box but the pots themselves are still packaged terribly. They are stacked together with inadequate cushion between them. This time site did not allow me to request a replacement. Pots look like they would be nice but do not recommend purchasing because they will likely arrive broken.
