The lower saucers of these planters were broken into 10-15 pieces. Only the thinnest of packing material was place between the lower saucers and the large upper pot. This was true for ALL THREE of the pot/saucer combinations. I will contact customer service and show them the pictures. If they can send me three new saucers (only) for FREE, I will be satisfied. but in the future the saucers should be packed better or even separately.

The planters arrived quickly, carefully packaged, and completely intact. They are perfect for the space I had intended them for. Solid, simple, functional.

I've tried ordering this pot at least four times, and every time except once, it was broken. It's crazy. Definitely don't order pots through them.
