Carlotta Ceramic Pot Planter

I've tried ordering this pot at least four times, and every time except once, it was broken. It's crazy. Definitely don't order pots through them.

Came broken

The plant pot is fabulous. I love the light weight, the color, the saucer, and the shape.

The lower saucers of these planters were broken into 10-15 pieces. Only the thinnest of packing material was place between the lower saucers and the large upper pot. This was true for ALL THREE of the pot/saucer combinations. I will contact customer service and show them the pictures. If they can send me three new saucers (only) for FREE, I will be satisfied. but in the future the saucers should be packed better or even separately.

The planters arrived quickly, carefully packaged, and completely intact. They are perfect for the space I had intended them for. Solid, simple, functional.

I was bored of white planters and got the Ochre. The planter is well crafted and heavy.

The planter itself was lovely. But the fitted base arrived cracked and with many broken pieces. I had read about this issue in poor reviews but assumed the issue was addressed. Apparently not based on how the planter was packed and how little protection was given to the base. Very annoying and shows a lack of concern for quality service and consideration of the customer’s time.

I’m very pleased. The color is exactly what I was seeking and the 10” size is perfect.

The planter is nice… really is but it’s not striking like id hope because the saucer is the same size and make its to uniform imo

I love this pot. It's beautiful. I ordered it in green and will likely get it in blue as well.
