We had a screw that wouldn’t line up with a metal piece, contacted customer services and they were extremely efficient and ordered a new set for us. There were no issues with the new set, assembly was easy and only took about an hour. This sectional helped transform our backyard into a modern and relaxing space.

Super lovely, partly firm cushions, really easy to put together. However, one of the pieces’ leg was damaged in the shipment, and the holes don’t all align - we ended up having to decide the legs would be more important to make sure the structure/connections were intact v. the back. Small item that we can probably fix with a drill but still an inconvenience nonetheless. The leg damage, however, is not reparable (but is in the back so we can kind of hide it).
