I bought four (2 as back up bc price was so good) and all FOUR have broken in the last year after blowing over. While this may be an issue with the weighted base, they each broke on the first gust that took it down.

I like this light, nicely made umbrella. The cord for the tilt mechanism may turn out to be a little too thin to last as long as the rest of the umbrella, but the tilt mechanism is working fine for us now - it is very easy to use.
