We are very pleased with this rug, which we ordered in 10x14. It’s solidly made and very attractive. As other reviews state, it has moments of charcoal gray, not black. The pile height is fair — it’s not a luxurious feel, but it’s pleasant enough and by no means would I classify it as cheap. LOVE the fan. Super sleek and quiet with nice airflow. I will say the installation was a bit more complicated than expected. The directions are generic for all fans, so you need to make adjustments if you don't have the light fixture option. Also, it was difficult to thread the wires and the pin through the down rod.
