I had been looking for a sconce style that would free up real estate on my nightstand. This met my needs perfectly. I took off a star because the mount is wobbly when you use the cord (and don’t run electrical through the wall). But overall love the style. My husband and I went back and forth on the placement. The fact that you can adjust the lamps by tilting them left, right, or 180° up, helped us reach a compromise. I swapped out the lights with Phillips Hue so I can dim them.. Anonymous. The lights are beautiful. They have a chrome backplate, a look of mahogany wood ball (it feels like real wood) and the glass dome. The glass shade is completely enclosed. Straight out of the box I could tell that these lights are well made. They have quality materials for both the metal housing and the glass cylinder. They are solid / heavy and were well packaged.
