Mind the mess. Overall this lamp is ok. The color is less brass and more, off gold. The weight in the base moves, so it took awhile to get it to sit straight without a lean. It’s ok. Nice light! Matte white finish and the shade has wavy texture to it. Throws light up (brightens our space) and down (reading). Was worried bc its on the short side for a flor lamp, but looks fine with our high ceilings. You screw the base together and not every joint lines up perfectly, but for the price, it’s something i easily overlook.
