LOVE the fan. Super sleek and quiet with nice airflow. I will say the installation was a bit more complicated than expected. The directions are generic for all fans, so you need to make adjustments if you don't have the light fixture option. Also, it was difficult to thread the wires and the pin through the down rod. Excellent for my 20+ ft ceiling of the living and sitting great room. Sleek look but super light as it’s plastic. Electrician had no problems for a quick install. Did come with 6” down rod so I had to purchase the 12 and 18 elsewhere to find the right fit, not much of an addl cost and easy to find in 1” diameter, swapped them out myself. Bought the 60" Draftsman for an outdoor enclosed area that is open air about five months of the year. It does get humid here the south as well so although this fan is relatively nee, it is well constructed and I think it should do what it's designed to do. Moves air well for my 400 sf area. Received my ceiling fan on Thursday, had it installed on Friday, and it is absolutely stunning! I can’t stop looking at it! Reason for not giving a 5-star rating is because the light is extremely bright and it feels like it will induce a headache, so I will not be using the light feature very much. I am glad I have other lighting options in the same vicinity, so I am perfectly content with primarily using the fan feature, and of course the beauty of the fan in itself!. Tlc. San Diego, CA.
