Excellent for my 20+ ft ceiling of the living and sitting great room. Sleek look but super light as it’s plastic. Electrician had no problems for a quick install. Did come with 6” down rod so I had to purchase the 12 and 18 elsewhere to find the right fit, not much of an addl cost and easy to find in 1” diameter, swapped them out myself. Keep cool in style. This blade ceiling fan features a sleek metal body and reversible blades made from manufactured wood. The integrated LED light kit, with dimmable bulbs included, adds a warm glow to any space. With a low noise motor and remote control compatibility, this fan is perfect for any room.
Renovating two guest bedrooms, both are 12x12'. This 44" fan feels like the right size for a 144 sq ft room. I ran the new Romex wire to a switched receptacle by the entry door. I like the remote with cradle which I attached to the wall next to the switch. So upon entry flipping the switch turns on the fan/light as well as a bedside lamp plugged into the half-hot receptacle. The fan light is not real bright but adequate for a bedroom and dimmable. For looks I give 5 stars, my wife gives it 4. Fan is not whisper quiet and install was a bit more difficult than other ceiling fans I have hung. I found the "safety cable" to be useless - unless I put a screw into my freshly painted ceiling to attach it (?) plus it was in the way so I used tin snips & got rid of it. Anyway the drawbacks didn't prevent me from buying a second one so the two rooms match, and I'm sure that second install will go more smoothly & quicker.. Daniel A.. PHOENIX, AZ. 2022-09-15 12:32:26

The fan is fantastic, and works great with google assistant. The breeze option for fan speed is really nice too. Some people have complained about the app, but I've had no issues with it. That said, after the first few days I stopped using it because it works so easily with voice command through google assistant! Construction is very nice, and very sturdy with real wood blades.
