I really like it but unfortunately need to return it because it is only 12" and seeing it makes me realize that this is too small for my space. I wish it came in a larger bowl size. We took a long time to decide on a pendant light for our very spacious curved staircase entry. This light was just what we wanted - clean, elegant, adjustable, and high quality. We had it professionally installed, but it didn't seem to take too long and, once it was up, it was easy to play with the length of the wires to get the right configuration (thanks to a very tall ladder). The lights are very sharp looking, the gold separators are elegant, and the wires hang straight down so it is a clean look. It is not a large fixture, so beware if you want something more substantial. In the end, I think this gives us the striking effect we wanted in a pendant light in a unique spot.. Amy. I chose this light because our ceilings are low in the kitchen and we needed a multi-light pendant that could hang shallow. This was perfect! My husband did the install (good thing he's handy). The most frustrating part was getting the wires tucked in and it all screwed in at the end. Once the lights were on, we realized there were a couple scratches on one of the globes - not cool. This pared-down chandelier creates a seriously industrial vibe wherever it hangs, thanks to its exposed bulbs and dangling wire design. This chandelier has a metal backplate with eight fabric cords that hang from it. Each of those cords can be attached to the ceiling with a swag light hook, so you can easily adjust how long they hang. A fixture for a 60W bulb hangs at the end for each cord.
