It's delightful, really solved that dark corner. I have the black exterior / gold interior. The gold warms up the light temperature, so the 2700K bulb has the appearance of about 2200K amber, choose your bulb temperature accordingly. They are GU10 LED bulbs as stated in other reviews. I didn't use the smart bulb as others did. Not quite a snap to put together (lining up the base takes patience).
