LOVE the fan. Super sleek and quiet with nice airflow. I will say the installation was a bit more complicated than expected. The directions are generic for all fans, so you need to make adjustments if you don't have the light fixture option. Also, it was difficult to thread the wires and the pin through the down rod. The pile height is fair — it’s not a luxurious feel, but it’s pleasant enough and by no means would I classify it as cheap. Received my ceiling fan on Thursday, had it installed on Friday, and it is absolutely stunning! I can’t stop looking at it! Reason for not giving a 5-star rating is because the light is extremely bright and it feels like it will induce a headache, so I will not be using the light feature very much.
