I really love this lamp. It’s sturdy and good quality and I like that the top is metal. The lines are clean and it fits well with a modern Scandinavian aesthetic. It is not overwhelmingly bright nor is it too dim. It creates a nice warm mood lighting which is exactly what I wanted and it is fun to look at. I bought the matching floor lamp as well I am extremely happy with both. I have this table lamp on my work from home desk and it is perfect! I am really happy with this purchase and it’s quality.. I'd give it 4.5 because the dimmer apparatus is rather clunky (it's a wheel you turn with your thumb that has more range of motion than the light itself, so too much turning to get it to the "off" position) but the overall look of the lamp is impressive. I got two for our bedside tables. I really wanted something dimmable for bedtime reading and these direct the light nicely. Looks better than I even hoped they would.
