Excellent for my 20+ ft ceiling of the living and sitting great room. Sleek look but super light as it’s plastic. Electrician had no problems for a quick install. Did come with 6” down rod so I had to purchase the 12 and 18 elsewhere to find the right fit, not much of an addl cost and easy to find in 1” diameter, swapped them out myself. Bought the 60" Draftsman for an outdoor enclosed area that is open air about five months of the year. It does get humid here the south as well so although this fan is relatively nee, it is well constructed and I think it should do what it's designed to do. Moves air well for my 400 sf area.
