We are very pleased with this rug, which we ordered in 10x14. It’s solidly made and very attractive. As other reviews state, it has moments of charcoal gray, not black. The pile height is fair — it’s not a luxurious feel, but it’s pleasant enough and by no means would I classify it as cheap.
