The lamp is really nice, but unfortunately not quite the level of finish I was hoping for. The wood legs have sharp square edges, not the typical rounded smooth edges of mid-century modern lamps like this. Also, the shade sits a bit too high on the lamp, so if you're sitting on a couch or chair, you can see the mounting plate and hardware that the bulb attaches to. Nice light! Matte white finish and the shade has wavy texture to it. Throws light up (brightens our space) and down (reading). Was worried bc its on the short side for a flor lamp, but looks fine with our high ceilings. You screw the base together and not every joint lines up perfectly, but for the price, it’s something i easily overlook.
