We are very pleased with this rug, which we ordered in 10x14. It’s solidly made and very attractive. As other reviews state, it has moments of charcoal gray, not black. The pile height is fair — it’s not a luxurious feel, but it’s pleasant enough and by no means would I classify it as cheap. Excellent for my 20+ ft ceiling of the living and sitting great room. Sleek look but super light as it’s plastic. Electrician had no problems for a quick install. Did come with 6” down rod so I had to purchase the 12 and 18 elsewhere to find the right fit, not much of an addl cost and easy to find in 1” diameter, swapped them out myself.
