This is a stunning pendant, just gorgeous and great quality. It is challenging to install though. First, the globes are not marked with corresponding letters from the instructions, and the lamp diagram is not marked with letters, so you need to figure out which pieces are which before you start assembling the pendants. And yes, it is possible to hang this and then put all the globes on, you just have to have two ladders and two people that can work together cooperatively. One person needs to stand on a ladder and thread the pieces onto the LED tubes, the other person needs to climb the second ladder and hand the first person the globes, then help hold them in place while screwing the bottom finial on. I chose this light because our ceilings are low in the kitchen and we needed a multi-light pendant that could hang shallow. This was perfect! My husband did the install (good thing he's handy). The most frustrating part was getting the wires tucked in and it all screwed in at the end. Once the lights were on, we realized there were a couple scratches on one of the globes - not cool. First let me just say this was packaged really well! This 3 pendant light was very easy to install and lightweight. The fixture does not come with light bulbs but they were super easy to find, small and use less energy than the light fixture I had installed prior so this was a huge plus. The ambient lighting is just what I was looking for to replace florescent lighting. This would be perfect if the wiring wasn’t being covered with a black fabric as opposed to what I originally thought was black metal. I don’t love the way the fabric somewhat bends I’d prefer it to look more taut and straight. Otherwise it’s a beautiful and simple light fixture.
