This is a stunning pendant, just gorgeous and great quality. It is challenging to install though. First, the globes are not marked with corresponding letters from the instructions, and the lamp diagram is not marked with letters, so you need to figure out which pieces are which before you start assembling the pendants. And yes, it is possible to hang this and then put all the globes on, you just have to have two ladders and two people that can work together cooperatively. One person needs to stand on a ladder and thread the pieces onto the LED tubes, the other person needs to climb the second ladder and hand the first person the globes, then help hold them in place while screwing the bottom finial on.
