This is a stunning pendant, just gorgeous and great quality. It is challenging to install though. First, the globes are not marked with corresponding letters from the instructions, and the lamp diagram is not marked with letters, so you need to figure out which pieces are which before you start assembling the pendants. And yes, it is possible to hang this and then put all the globes on, you just have to have two ladders and two people that can work together cooperatively. One person needs to stand on a ladder and thread the pieces onto the LED tubes, the other person needs to climb the second ladder and hand the first person the globes, then help hold them in place while screwing the bottom finial on. Exactly the look we wanted. They look fresh and modern and not like everyone else’s typical round or tear drop pendants. Fun and lots of compliments! Minor issue that I think is not the worst still it’s something that should be prevented, but the extension pieces to decide how long the pendant should hang are not from the same color “dye lot” is what we imagine as some of the extensions don’t match in color to the others. But the lights are beautiful and if the focus is on the moments created under them and around the kitchen island, than the mismatched colors are truly not noticeable after a while. I love these pendant lights! They arr exactly as pictured and very easy to install. Im fairly handy and was able to install them myself. I also installed a dimmer switch with them. The installation instructions that came with the pendants recommended the Lutron DVELV-300P-WH 300-Watt Diva Electronic Low Voltage Single Pole Dimmer and that is the dimmer switch I installed.
