It’s nice but funky to get it lined up right. Assembly wasn’t hard. You have to do minor adjustments to get all the parts lined up right. The cap on the center part didn’t exactly fit100 but we got it close. Then the arms needed adjusted to be level. I think it’s becuase it comes all collapsed when it’s shipped.. Sharon. I really like the chandelier. However, I was concerned that it would be too tall according to the dimensions shown on the site. I even called your customer service to see if it could be shortened and I was told no it couldn't. I bought it anyway and brought it to a lamp repair shop to see if they could shorten it. Imagine our surprise when we opened the box and saw that the light hung down with three threaded rods. I was able to eliminate one rod to get the height I wanted.
