Julie Standing Table Lamp - Dark Walnut Wood Finish, Weathered Brass, White Linen Shade

I love the lamp style. They are sturdy look good in my living room. I bought 2 of them despite the other reviews speaking of issues with the shade. Yes, its true the shades are made of cheap materials. Yes, the shades are wrinkled crumpled the damage is more noticeable when the lamp is on. Yes, it’s true they dont fit the lamp fixture properly (I believe a washer would give it the ability to tighten better). However, I bought the lamps knowing that I would be replacing the shades because I dont care for it in white. Ive got my fingers crossed that the replacement shades I buy will fit properly. *also while taking the pics i noticed a shimmery substance on them that may be fiberglass so wipe them down well after receiving them. It’s for these reasons that I have rated it 3 stars but it’s a strong 3.

This lamp is perfect for our client! He wanted a statement piece that would stand out against his more neutral background, and this was just the ticket! He loves the finish on the wood base . Great lamp!
