Concord Bone Porcelain Table Lamp - 30", White & Walnut, 4-Way Rotary Switch

I was really looking forward to getting this lamp. Unfortunately I was sent a lamp that looks nothing like the advertised photo. There is no 4 way rotary switch, only a cord clicker and a slide clicker at the base of the bulb which will not control the base light bulb. Only the top. The walnut accents are not even there. The gold base was not there. The gold harp/final and gold accent lamp shade was not there. I got a silver one with a silver ball final and a white wired lamp shade. I immediately contacted customer service via chat. Shared all the images and concerns only to be told I have to wait to hear from the manufacturer via email in 1-2 business days. I asked if a replacement could be shipped and i ship this one back. I was told I had to wait for the manufacturer to reach out via email. Its very disheartening to spend $200+ on a lamp to have to continue to wait for a issue that is out of your control. My past experiences with wayfairs cust service has always been top tier and handled the problem immediately. Unfortunately this time I have been left disappointed and with a incomplete item. When this problem is resolved and the actual advertised item is sent to me I will revisit my review.

Purchased 2 of these. One lamp was destroyed during shipping and the other had only a damaged shade. Wayfair stated they would replace both of the lamps completely because they could not just replace a shade. I returned the destroyed lamp and the replacement lamps were NEVER SHIPPED. I had to call several times to check on the status. I finally just asked them to cancel the replacement lamps and I placed an order for two NEW LAMPS. Again one of the lamps arrived with a damaged shade. I just decided to keep it since I can turn the damaged part towards the wall HOWEVER I still have not received my REFUND FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER. Not happy!

Absolutely love this lamp. It was larger than I expected, but I was able to use it in another room and it is perfect there. The nightlight emits a wonderful, warm glow. I highly recommend this lamp.

Beautiful lamp. Better than the pictures online. Looks great in my living room and adds a lot of warmth to the room

These lights are fantastic! Nice weight and perfect size for nightstand lamps! I also love the lower base lighting up for a nightlight option. Highly recommend this stylish mid century designed lamp!
