They sent a "very" used product. The wires were significantly frayed. And of course it did not work properly nor were all the pieces there. Top it all off, I need to speak to someone first before they can issue a return label. Looks like a product issue and a Wayfair/All Modern issue.

Love the design of this fan. The blades look modern, very neat and elegant looking. Fan performance is good, very quiet. The only thing I don't like is that the base and the center cap color doesn't match the color of the blades.
