I am unsure if this was not installed correctly, or if the fan is faulty. It is not currently working as described on the box. I have seen this fan installed in a local lighting store and know it operates at higher speeds. I am unsure what steps to take next.

My living room is 14x16x10(H) and this fan takes up about half the width of the ceiling. With it's thin blades and industrial design, it does not overwhelm the space but adds the perfect drama to the high ceiling. The blades are built with precision detailing which made it a pleasure to assemble. Whisper quiet.
