This is not outdoor or wind rated. This is my 2nd fan thats been ruined within one year due to the blades breaking off in wind. Wayfair warranted the first one but I wont bother with this one. The bracket that hold the blade to the motor is cheap pot aluminium and doesnt hold up. I also have this fan in my living room and had no issues but its marketed as outdoor fan therefore 1 star.
